Email it to his email address....
Simply, start composing an email, attach the file and send it. They can then get to the email from the iPhone and download the picture.
You can also do it via Bluetooth if you have a newer Mac. Simply turn it on, find the device and send the file (all done from System Preferences)

You bypass to the photographs tab on your HP pc after which you proper click and it will say import photographs after which you %. the Iphone tab and choose the photographs you want imported on your computing gadget.
