How to sync picture from iPhone to Mac?

Question

I took photos with my iPhone in the summer and I decided to sync photos to computer with iTunes. I have tried some times but it doesn't works! How come trying to transfer iPhone photo to PC computer isn't working? Is there any programs help? THANKS!

you could plug your iPhone into your pc, and use iPhoto to import the photos. whilst it rather is finished importing, click "delete pictures out of your digicam" and that they are going to be on your pc in straightforward terms. i don't understand what it skill to *** pictures from the pc onto your telephone, so i won't answer that section.
