I found a 1999 Subaru Impreza TS and I was wondering if it is worth upgrading, or should I just pass on it? Budget to spend on upgrades is $1300, what could I get with that and how much horsepower will I get?
PS: It is the 2.2L engine
180,000KM so about..... I have no idea what that is in miles, lets say its about 110,000 miles

there are no upgrades you can get for 1300 bucks. I suggest you keep saving your money and when you get to five grand go find a nicer newer subaru and then sell the one you have and start saving your money all over again until you get up to about 7 or 8 grand then buy a nixer newer car sell the other and start all over. each time you will end up with a nicer newer car. it takes a while but its worth it.
