Can you get the Plan B pill if you are 17 by yourself?

I am 17, I'll be 18 in a few months. I need the Plan B pill. Can I go and get the pill by myself without at doctors note at 17? Or will they say I'm too young? I'm not looking for your opinions. I'll report anyone who doesn't respect my freedom as an individual. Thank you.
