Holder's DOJ has made it abundantly clear that they will pursue only cases that benefit African Americans.
African Americans have become the dominant ethnic group in the USA. They can attack others with impunity, and the press will leap to their defense, with the president and Al Sharpton giving their full support.

That's a fair question. Tyson should have been investigated and warned about his statements. However, Nugent should also have been investigated. His followers may take him seriously and act out violently. Decades ago, if someone had investigated Charles Manson, lives may have been saved.
