The file has to be fully downloaded before you open it.
Also, torrent files aren't movies/music/etc. They just provide data that allows a program to Download those files.

That's a pretty illegal thing to ask. However, I CAN tell you that if you aren't downloading the files using a BitTorrent client, they definitely will not work.
