Have you noticed how there is no follow-up news on this story? Multiple people have claimed to have been beaten by mobs of black men yelling "Travon" since this all arose. This has become so common place that there's going to be no coverage and most of the stories have no credibility.
Even fox news is aware that this is mostly just hype and not worth covering, including another incident in Alabama withe nearly the exact same description:

Al and Jesse have been in contact with the White House to have the Gainesville police investigated for calling this a "Hate Crime". They must Understand that that term only applies to White on Black. Meanwhile they are setting up a Defense fund for the Muggers in conjuction with the NAACP.
