vegetarian muscle building?

I started being mainly vegetarian about two yrs ago. I still love protein, dont get me wrong. I started just getting to a point where nothing sounds good anymore at all however. At all. Before the vegetarian stage, I was on an extremely limited carb diet for muscle building/toning. That worked fantastically with great energy as a result. Now though, after going through this change from a ton of protein every single day to just fowl and fish protein, but very limited amounts and some days only relying on protein bars, I have no energy. I bike to work every day which round trip is 8 miles and recovery is virtually impossible, I know I have to fix this problem, but I have to feel better to even get started. Hoe do I do this? Please no rude answers and no solicitation. I will junk your link if you try and sell me any product. That being said I am open to suggestions. Thank you in advance.

I am asking in the military community because despite some issues I have had with military personnel, I know some of the great nutrition facts come from the military sector. I am a DoD civilian so hoorah!!!

Carbs. Protein helps grow muscle (with exercise), but carbs give you energy.

nutrition performs such an serious place in our lives, or maybe though it’s considered one of our worst enemies as effectively. It demands virtually no longer something for a healthy nutrition habitual software to coach into one which packs on the pounds or motives overall illnesses! alter this with Metabolic Cooking and make the nutrition a chum and not an enemy.
