Spout for 5 Gallon Water Bottle...?

Hello All,
I once saw a 5 Gallon water bottle upside down tiled at 45 degrees angle on a little steel wire stand with a little spout/tap on its mouth....seemed pretty awesome instead of the stupid pump thing.....where can i find that....???
So i am thinking you open the bottle by removing the cap and replacing the cap with the spout...can someone plz plz plz help me find that1?
