We're told that Christianity, a Creation-based religion, is compatible with Evolution (which I reject). Does the reverse hold true?

Your title is a little confusing, but your additional comments cleared it up some.
Those that say that Christianity is compatible with evolution have to ignore large portions of the book that defines Christianity, the Bible.
There are some that call themselves Christian and say that they agree with evolution under the guidance of God, but that's a position that I find untenable.
First off, Evolution is primarily a tool to deny religion. There aren't any real "Evolution-based religion[s]."
And, Evolution and Creation are really not able to co-exist in a system.
I'm going to have to give this a "NO."

I don't think so. Creation is a childish story that a lot has been read into to justify all sorts of silly concepts like "sin", "original sin", a world wide flood, building a tower to heaven, the source of the races and languages, and other silly ideas.
None of those can be verified and science depends on verification.
Evolution does not depend on what silly things a person might believe for any religious reason. Evolution explains how new species develop without needing to include God as a factor. Simply put, God is not needed to understand anything in any science.

No It isn't & What is sad is that Christians are falling into this Trap and trying to fit evolution into the Bible (Theistic Evolution) thinking they can make it fit.

Now how could God direct an undirected process? How could God have purpose in a plan behind a system that has no plan and no purpose? It just does not make sense.
It didn’t make sense to me in 1966 and it doesn’t make sense to me now.
The Apostle Paul wrote to His Son Timothy stating that “ in 2 Timothy 4:3-4 “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, [because] they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn [their] ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.”
Those Christians who believe in evolution have no idea how that effects their theology.

I would disagree with the premise of the question. What is an "Evolution-based religion"? Evolution is an independant scientific theory.

Unless you're an old-earth creationist (which is such a huge thing that I'm amazed you're asking this question), if you accept the theory of evolution, you're normally atheist or agnostic, which means you have no religion.
