Does Word have an autocomplete function for words you have already entered?

I'm creating a bilingual English-Spanish vocabulary list (not in alphabetic order). Sometimes I doubt whether I have entered determined words or not so I use the search function, which I find tedious. Does Word have an autocomplete function so that when entering, say, the first three letters of a word I could immediately know if I have entered that word before? Thanks a lot.

The closest thing thing that Word has to autocomplete is the Auto Correct but you would have to enter the short forms and the words or phrases manually into the system. It would be more work than it is worth.

You could periodically select your text and sort into order which would make finding words much easier.

You could enter your words in Excel which will often trigger an autocomplete if you have entered the word or phrase before....even that isn't perfect but Excel does have a Remove Duplicates that would take care of duplicated entries.
