Stopping Provigil,haven't told neurologist yet,but mad enough,i don't care.?

3/5/06 run over by my own truck trying to stop a theft.Nobody to sue,disability budget.Been taking Remeron 45mg.Lexapro 20mg.Clonazepam .5 3 times a day,Aricept 10mg.Seroquel 300mg.twice a day.Seroquel changed from200mg.to 300mg.14th of this month.Seems like every time my wife goes to get Provigil there is a promblem.Most of the time,we don't fight about it.Been married 33 years.But this time,on the 14th after my neuroligest visit,same day he changed dosage of Seroquel.We had a huge fight,she scream at me.On that day,i made up my mind to STOP taking Provigil.I split them in half and for the first week,i took 1 1/2.Then1/2 twice a day.Now i'm starting 1/2 a day.I felt better a day or 2 with the increase of Seroquel.Been trying for an hour now,tierd'cant get question out

I think you should revise and ask this question again. Just make it a simple question about Provigil without all the other details. Anything over 200mg of Provigil doesn't do anything to increase alertness during the day. In fact some literature says that anything over 100mg doesn't do anything more. The only use I know for sure that Provigil has is to prevent sleepiness during the day, some people with sleep apnea use it because they don't get a good night or restful sleep. If you are angry at the doctor I can understand, many have issues with doctors including me.
