ChaCha Underground Login?

Question

I was just accepted as a ChaCha vettern.

But my username doesn't work as the handle for the ChaCha underground. It just refreshes the page every time I type it in.

I did text ChaCha. Said the site was working.

I can't use their forum to ask either without logging into the Underground.

I researched this and it seems to be a problem with newcomers but I can never find the answers that actually work.

I cleared cache and cookies and everything. 

I also emailed ChaCha but no response.

Can anyone help me with this? .-.

I was just accepted as a guide today! I'm having the same problem as well. Also, were you able to do the practice test or whatever when you give you simulation questions to answer? When I go to universe.chacha.com I sign in and change my status to available, but the questions never come. They said that it could take from 5-30 minutes for the first question to come but it's been over two hours now and still nothing.
