Can anyone access the ChaCha Underground?

I am having the same issue. I cant access the knowledge base either. I was able to access it about 4 hours ago, then the whole underground was dead. Let me know when you are able to access. Its probably just the site.

No, I don't think anyone can access underground. Plus, they don't say anything about it on the main page for universe, which is unusual. Yesterday, they said it would be down for 2 hours at night, but it was down for about 4-5. So, you never know. But, this is relatively rare.

Ok i jut got my acceptance too...and it said to go see these sites before I started yada yada...and onw I can answer ?'s go figure but cant acces anything else...not the forum...not the knowledge base, not the account....I am so irritated. Are you guys getting the connection was reset? Please email me and let me know so I know it is not my brand new laptop. TIA.

Welcome to ChaCha. Your life is now a never ending stream of network timeouts, payment problems, buggy apps, and pay cuts. I just want to cash out but the underground hasn't worked all day.

According to the website its supposed to be under maintenance for a couple of hours and should be back working soon.
