My wife will be 40 weeks on the 17th of June and she hasn't dropped are anything yet? What is best what to get cervix to drop to get her to dilate?

Some woman don't drop at all
but the best way to do it is for her to walk lots. When she's on her feet the baby weighs down and puts pressure on her cervix. This also helps when she is in labour to help dilate her
