Could you recommend a beginners' book to identifying mushrooms?

I love nature and being outdoors, and I plan on camping, etc... a lot next year, onward. I'm a vegan, and I'll need to know how to identify types of plants, leaves, mushrooms, etc... to eat, so I'm looking for a mushroom guide book for beginners that tells me general info about mushrooms, precautions, how to identify specifically and generally, etc... I want it to include edible, inedible, deadly, psychohaulicigenic, unknown... As well as the areas they'd be found (i.e.: europe, north america) and if they grow on the ground, on trees, etc... If you know of a good one, please let me know.

there are none
the problem is its VERY dangerous for any "beginner" to consume wild mushrooms

generally the only reliable way to learn about mushrooms, is by being taught by an expert.

My best advice to you is to go online and do a good investigation into mushrooms that are available in your particular area of your country.
You should be able to find there is Groupp there. Type in your state or country and then Mushrooms and see what you can find and groups that have websites
Dune

If you plan on eating the mushrooms, I suggest you join a mycological society like this one. http://www.msafungi.org/

You really don't want to actually eat anything you identify yourself without professional input.
