The ruling the SCOTUS just made renders the penalty you will suffer if you refuse to buy Health Insurance a "tax".....there is NOBODY in America earning $250,000 or more who is simultaneously too stupid to have (at a minimum) a "Catastrophic Health coverage" plan, so WHO is it you think is going to be paying MORE in taxes because of the Mandate?*
The REALITY is that the total tax burden on Americans is at its lowest point now since 1958!

Okay, look, you have to think for yourself. Those who are uninsured and can afford it MUST buy health insurance. Most of the people are already insured. Then, if you CAN afford it, and STILL DON'T buy health insurance, you are liable for a penalty, administered by the IRS.
The basis for this law's constitutionality is the Power to Lay Taxes. That's the constitutional basis but it's STILL NOT A TAX!
