Why am I forever some kind of fat ***?
I go to the gym 3 times a week. I combine cardio and weights. I box. But I am still a hopeless fat ***. Why is that?

There are a number of things to look at.
1. Your diet.
2. Your workouts. Just going to the gym three times a week doesn't mean you're working out properly.
3. Workout frequency. Going to the gym only three days a week seems a bit sparse, don't you think?

I am not good in this subject but some people just are naturally bigger, it's just part of the body type. Also food is important since like 30 min of cardio is like...a glass of juice being burned
