If you can't remember, then just bathe and then go out...

grab a blouse, and a skirt or slacks, an underwear and a towel , and While You are out go to the local YWCA, and have a shower!
It's Quick, and Not a lot of preparation, or trouble. and plan to do it once each week.
Laundry, Take it to the Wash and fold
Things to do, - No energy right now, but keep a pad, and pen, and as you think of things to do, write them down, then on the day, you feel a little energy, do as many as you can, and just keep going.
and Don't self Medicate, (Stop taking your Medications when you start to feel better), as you will lose all of the gains and progress you have made up to this time, and slide right back to ground zero, and have to start all over again.,

There's are problem if you don't remember the last time you bathed bro xD just take a shower because nothing is more unattractive than a smelly guy Who doesn't take showers regularly

Shower silly, takes 10 minutes. Then shower again after the gym.

Spray your clothing with febreeze or something and then stay in your gym clothes when you go to whatever CiCi's is. if people notice an odor they will think you were just working out. put deoderant across your chest and dryer sheets in your pockets.
