I can't find the 'change avatar' button anymore I only found 'change name' but not 'change avatar' and I tried in my laptop to see if it was only my computer but it I can't find the button were it use to say 'change avatar' on edit my prefeerences,Please help,I'm struggling.

click in the top LEFT corner, where it sayd Hi, (and your name)! there's a little arrow drop down, click VIEW MY PROFILE, and once you get there you should be able to click on your picture and update it.
if you are talking about changing your avatars looks, go in your search bar and type in YAHOO AVATAR HOMEPAGE - and it will bring up a link to follow then as long as you hit save changes when you are done, it should auto-change after a few minutes. . .
EDIT: Jacob, if you think no one has ever taken German before you, Sie sind dumm and if you think god is fake and gay, more power to ya, but you could at least be a man and say it in English, not so that people have to look it up. dumm kopf 8~)

Go to your Activity page and click on the link that says "View your Yahoo! profile" then click on your picture. It should be simple from there.
It might take about 10-15 minutes for it to change, but it will eventually.

You have to go on your main profile. Click on your name "Hi, ---" which is on the top left corner and then click "profile" there you can change your profile pic. That's how we have to do it now, yahoo has changed a little
