Still asking this question I see. 20 seconds of being on Your stomach isn't going to do any harm. I slept on my stomach almost all the way through my first pregnancy, I never got very big and she sat towards my back. With my second I was around 28 weeks when it became uncomfortable. Stop worrying, that's worse for your baby then 20 seconds of belly laying.
I slept on my stomach except my 33rd week, and i spotted that my little one would kick extra once I lied down like that (I appreciated that). My healthcare professional stated as long as i'm at ease, the youngster is, too. She mentioned it was once dependable to sleep in that position so long as I would. However soon it is going to become uncomfortable for you, and that is while you must discontinue. It'll get to the point that the child will put too much stress on your bladder in that role to be comfy. It is hard to sleep at the finish of your pregnancy. I particularly suggest a full physique pillow. It would support hold me on my facet and i'd straddle it and it stored me very relaxed. It takes up various room within the bed, that is the only main issue. You'll get used to the sound asleep position, and it's going to be a treat to sleep to your belly once more after the little one is born. I ended up having a c-part, and napping was once even worse for the primary week after I had my son. However it will all be over sooner or later and also you will not even consider about it again. Satisfactory of success.
You should not lie on your somach during pregnancy as it can cut off blood supply to your baby. Your chiro should have known better and you should have said no. Especially at 7 months pregnant.
