HELP PLEASE! How can I legally get rid of abandoned property?

My EX wife (in a soft moment) convinced me to store her boyfriends motorcycles (since she allowed me to keep my corvette in her garage for a year after my divorce) in my gargae. Now I want them OUT, but she have no means to do that (they're not running) so she plays me month after month. WHAT LEGAL procedure can I use to get rid of the bikes?????? I want them out NOW!!!!!

send her a registered letter stating that said property wil be disposed off by a certain date(at least 30 days)
if it is not picked up

This depends on where you live.

In most places, you need to either or both of these things: notify your wife that you have them and need her to take them from you, and hold them for at least X days before disposing of them. (The number varies.)

You'll need to look up your state law on the subject to be sure of what your legal obligations are. Because you've held them for so long and can easily contact her, however, it should not be much of a hassle to you to meet those obligations. If you've done what you need to do and she hasn't picked them up, then you can do whatever you want with them--sell them on eBay, give them to a friend, take them to the junkyard, etc.

Give her a 30 day written notice to pick up her property and if she fails to do so put it on the curb and report an abandoned vehicle to the police(make sure you tell them the circumstances) then have it towed. Wtf are you letting your exwife ask you favors for her new d!ck? Grow sum balls dude.

you could have automobiles towed off your assets. call a tow company to impound them. you will ought to pay the towing price, however the interest to retrieve the motorcycles is sent to the registered proprietor, who's in charge for storage expenditures.
