HELP PLEASE! How can I legally get rid of abandoned property?
My EX wife (in a soft moment) convinced me to store her boyfriends motorcycles (since she allowed me to keep my corvette in her garage for a year after my divorce) in my gargae. Now I want them OUT, but she have no means to do that (they're not running) so she plays me month after month. WHAT LEGAL procedure can I use to get rid of the bikes?????? I want them out NOW!!!!!

Varies by state. Typically there is a holding period after you've given official notice to have them removed. Some states then allow you dispose as you feel fit. Some make it a little more difficult. You should be able to do a google search and get the info for your state.

YOU can give her notice and get a court order.
OR
YOU are saying--cause they are not running-
she can't get them out. nonsequitur. Have them towed to
wherever she wants them! 1 hour, gone!
