Yahoo Mail Terms of Service agreement?

There is a box that pops up that says:
Welcome to Yahoo! Mail

Yahoo! Mail is now even faster, safer, and easier to use. Yahoo! now automatically identifies items such as words, links, people, and subjects from your email to learn what matters to you so that we can deliver exciting new product features and relevant ads.

Before you can access Yahoo! Mail, we need your consent to our new Terms of Service and the Yahoo! Mail Privacy Policy. Learn more about how we protect your privacy.

I click "I Accept" but it just pops up immediately again. It keeps me from checking my emails.

Edit: I'm going to try to check it from my ipod email client.

Sorry, this isn't an answer, but exactly same thing is happening to me. What is extra annoying is that none of the links in the message seem to work, so couldn't check these 'new terms of service' even if I particularly wanted to! Hope this gets sorted out soon! Chris

This worked for me so may be worth a try,... I connected using a mobile app on an android phone which allowed me to read and reply to emails and then I logged back into my account on the pc and it allowed me to accept the new terms,... may be worth a try as mine is now working fine.

Hope this helps,

David

I have been using gmail primarily for the last year. Yahoo mail is not the same product like it used to be. Hopefully, Marissa Mayer can change all that.

Same thing happening to me, with important work to be done and no way around the problem. Did Yahoo hire 4-year-olds as its programmers?
