Its all about money. He raised millions overseas.. what happens to that money when he loses? He keeps control of it.
So yeah, when you look at it that way... he was very successful.

What would I consider a failure, hopping from country to country apologizing would fit in that category.
And since I have never heard the GOP implying Americans are idiots (other than flatly saying most obama supporters are, no imply about it) I', going to call you a liar on that one.

Romney chose to visit the UK, Poland, and Israel because Obama is not well liked in any of those countries. I don't believe the UK really holds his comments about their Olympics against him since he was on their committee when their planning began and also ran the Olympics in Utah for 3 years. They had already stated their issues with security.
Poland dislikes Obama because he decided not to install the missile defense shield as was promised to Poland. He didn't even speak to them about it before making his decision.
Israel gave Romney a standing ovation. When Jerusalem was not in Israeli hands, the Holy places in Israel were off limits to Christians and Jews.

What would we consider a failure? That's easy: Obama---and the liberal press trying to make things out of nothing.
The GOP doesn't imply that the American people are complete idiots. That's the liberal Democrat's job.
