I've got the Fallout NV walkthough book and have recently got the DLC. Is there a single book that covers just the DLC or do I need to buy a further full copy

There aren't books for the DLC, you'll have to go through them yourself. IF you need to, go to the fallout wiki to make sure you don't miss stuff in the DLC. It is very easy to accidently lose stuff in Dead Money.
