How to fix atikmpag.sys blue screen?

Everytime I boot up my computer I get this blue screen with atikmpag.sys then it restarts on its own and loads the operating system just fine.

I have an Ati Radeon HD 6450

I removed the driver using "atiman" succesfully and it boots fine without the driver. When I Install the driver I get the same blue screen and restart again in every boot.

Wow.. this happened to me also.. i first thought it was a graphic card problem. Even Avg did not work for me. But then i just re installed my windows and its working perfect now.
