Where should I smoke cigars since they are not allowed in my apartment complex?

I enjoy cigars about twice a month. I recently moved into college, and smoking is banned everywhere on campus and also inn my off campus apartment complex. Where can I smoke my cigars? Cigarettes are quick smokes, and I could probably get away with those if I wanted to (and if I smoked them), but cigars take at least 45 minutes to smoke and my apartment has roving security outside that would catch me.

None of the tobacco shops in the city have a lounge to smoke in. 

Where should I go?

I love the anti smoking crowds comments if you don't like smoking how about you **** off instead of posting worthless nonsense we know the risks and it's our damn choice.

Now to answer the question do you have any large parks or rivers near where you live as i find taking a slow walk through them while smoking to be quite enjoyable.

Failing that if you can access it setting up a cheap fold out chair on the roof of your apartment.

Shouldn't have moved there in the first place. Wait 6 months and they will be no smoking.
