Will Mitt Romney's politics racially divide the Country?

He hasn't said much at all as to how he will pull this racially diverse Country together to overcome it's critical issues...

I would be more concerned about the Republican party in Congress than Romney himself. First and foremost, Romney is a money man. I believe he would act in the interests of lowering taxes for himself and others like him without distinction of skin color, although this does admittedly skew towards favoring older white men.

Honestly, I think Romney's efforts would be a mixture of rubber stamping anything the Republican party sends him that isn't wildly controversial and pushing for hard line economic conservatism. Given that this very likely could involve deep social program cuts including those that benefit minorities who are disadvantaged from the start, it would certainly not help improve minority status in the country.

Sadly, the state of affairs at the moment is such that any improvement of racial equality in the country will be attacked on the basis of seeing power as a zero-sum game. Meanwhile, any attack on this equality will be pressuring already disaffected groups who still have optimism about the future.

I doubt Romney's politics will be intentionally antagonistic, nor that he is personally against better conditions for all races. I do feel that Romney's primary concern is the Mitt Romney crowd and that his self-interest clashes with that of enough groups including those of most minorities that he will divide the country further in many ways, racial diversity being only one.

the entire political system in designed to divide Americans..cant blame Romney or the president...Race is not the critical issue of our time..we will always have intolerant people in this country no matter what we do..one of the most critical issues is the state of politics and the inability of politicians to lead and make decisions based on what is good for America and not the next election..

Zimmerman shot that boy via fact he became an African American. no rely what human beings say racism continues to be right here at present in spite of if slavery ended a protracted time in the past. My mom while she became at school became a sufferer to racism. Her mom became a sufferer to racism. Even i became a sufferer to racism and that i'm purely 18 years previous. i'm African American and that i don't agree on each little thing Obama is of a similar opinion on so do not say i think that Obama is nice via fact i'm black. he's in basic terms addressing a undertaking that has been lined and is now finally being unveiled. i'm not a racist yet that's a white worldwide (white every person is the minority). yet now issues are finally changing. all of us now see greater integration on television than ever earlier. We could even see black human beings on television at present yet maximum of those black every person is mild epidermis. Do you notice a gloomy or medium skinned color black woman on the face of a extensively widespread makeup product, no. study coach that maximum African American toddlers who circulate lacking do not even make it to the information in comparison to Caucasian toddlers. this might seem beside the point even though it helps the concern that folk think of racism in basic terms have been given up and disappeared. Racism has been right here for an somewhat ong time so it wont in basic terms circulate away in a pair hundred years.

Poverty is at 40 year highs...
Trillion dollar a year deficits...
8.3% unemployment...

If you look at these facts, "critical issues" revolve around the economy.
