No. I think it's just rhetoric. Like Gov. Perry last year talking about Texas seceding from the union. Since Reagan, the Republicans have all tried to outdo each other with extreme rhetoric. Whoever comes up with the most outrageous thing to say gets the media focus for that day, and then that becomes the new normal and other conservative try to outdo it.
Despite the rhetoric, right-wing extremists are really only a small minority of Americans. They're not going to start a war against the other 99% of us.

No. You imply that left wing extremists are normal people. That is news to me because I am conservative and the right wing people make a lot more sense to me than left wing extremists.
