Start Roy Helu or AP?

I know these choices are not the best but this is for my second running back. Here is the problem out am dealing with. Ap is coming back from injury is not going to get a lot of touches. Helu might not be the starter and even if he is the Saints D might stop any running game.

This is a joke right? AP will go for at least 10 points and Helu probably won't get a carry. Keep Helu benched until you see that both Alfred Morris and Evan Royster are in Shanahan's doghouse.
