Which two of these RB's should I start tomorrow?
Can only pick two as my other spot is taken up by Adrian Peterson.
Ahmad Bradshaw vs NYJ
LeGarrette Blount vs Car
DeAngelo Williams vs TB
Kahlil Bell vs GB( just got him, had a big game last week, Barber is out and he will be only RB for Chicago)
Felix Jones vs Phi (injured and very qauestionable)
Roy Helu vs Min(injured, also very questionable and who knows what Shannahan will dow tih him)
Really need the help so appreciate it. right now I have Bell and Bradshaw in alongside AP, but not certain at all. thanks

definatly start kahlil bell. Green bay is tough but the bears will not, and cannot pass. Bell will be getting all of the action. The bears will loose but bell will easily have 100 yards and throw in a touch down and its not bad for a RB2. Bell is also good on the 5-10 yard quick passes. Hes been shown to get a good 10-20 yards after the catch which comes up big. If he can have a decent balance of runs and receptions you might see the points rack up. Bell has no other option except getting the ball. Forte is out and johnny knox is out. The offensive line is banged up so there is not going to be adequate pass protection for a developed passing game. Its going to be all run and quick 5 and out passes with RB screen outs. Look for bell to have a big game, even though the bears are going to get destroyed.
I would stay away from felix jones like you said his injury is too much of a gamble. Roy Helu also a gamble. I wouldnt take anyone on Tampa bay and playing carolina at home could be a little tough on the running game tomorrow...even though carolina sucks this year the games at home this year have not been run away blowouts and they do play better at home. Bradshaw could have a good game but playing the jets at home is not an easy task sometimes...especially since the jets are going to be pumped because tomorrow is a HUGE game. Williams is nothing special this year but it is an interesting option against a terrible tampa bay defense. Carolina will be at home but williams is still splitting the work with jonathan stewart which is aggrevating for you im sure. I hate to steer you wrong but Bradshaw may be the safest play tomorrow. Williams is just too much of a question mark weather he will come to play and if stewart dominates the running game. If its the playoffs or championship you MUST take the safe play which is Bradshaw and Bell.

Bell is a must start also. Barber has been confirmed that he is out for this week. Bell will be effective the whole game, whether they go down early, or keep it close. He gets the workload on the ground, and will get a lot of dump off passes with a 3rd string QB.
I would pick Bradshaw out of the others. The Jet's secondary is a major threat every game, so I can see NYG running the majority of the game.
Make sure you do not start Felix and Helu. Even if Felix plays, he will split half, if not more of the workload Sammy Morris. But I doubt he will even play.
As for Helu, it's hard to mess with Shannahan RB's, especially when one hasn't practiced much. Also, Minnesota run D is actually quite good. They have a top 10 run D, and the worst secondary, so they will throw, more than they run.
Good Luck, and THANKS for answering my question.

Start Bell and Helu if he starts, Bradshaw if he doesn't. Keep away from Williams and Blount they are too inconsistent and even if Jones starts he is not likely to finish the game as fragile as he is. If I'm trying to win a playoff game I want a guy who will get the most carries against the weakest defense.
