Romney owns the Rasmussen polling agency, and the Gallup poll is only tracking certain people through the election.
All other polls of the electoral college show Obama leading by a landslide.
The 4 or 5 percent you are referring to is only the National popular poll - which gives big credit to states in the Bible belt which are a plurality against Obama.= but that doesn't count in the electoral = they can only get credit for their state's electoral votes, even if they vote 100% against Obama.
