How to graph a line when the slope is a decimal?
If the slope is 1.5, do i graph it as 1.5/1 or do i graph it as 3/2? does it even make a differance?

Mathmatically, they are the same thing.
If you can accurately count out 1.5 squares, then that will work, but 3/2 will be easier.

They are the same except:
1.5 is decimal form of 3/2
3/2 is the fractional form of 1.5

y = mx + b
"m" is the slope...if it's 1.5 then that's what it is. If you plot two points on the line and then connect them with a line thru both points with arrows at each end, the slope will take care of itself.
