than last wed, positive pregnancy test, than thuursday hog 69.4. Friday 114, than today 240. Now I know these are low so does this sound like a miscarry

Last period 4 weeks ago... Those are PERFECT numbers!!!! What you talking bout??? They are more than doubling every 48 hours.. You are good!!
Of course there is always a risk for loss in the first trimester but as of right now your numbers look great

Id say go too the doctors....and have an ultra sound... or doppler for heart beat if it isnt too early.... if it keeps going up usuall thats a good sign......
