Why am I not receiving emails from Hotmail?

Same happening other family members. Hotmail senders getting a delivery failure notification showing email as blocked. Senders not in blocked senders and no problems until recently - thanks

From Ruth's reply below it looks like we're not the only ones with this problem. In case it's relevant ours are all yahoo.ie addresses. I set up a ymail.com address and it receives Hotmail no problem

It looks like this problem has been rectified and my Hotmail to Yahoo is working again. Same goes for other family members. Hope yours got sorted too Ruth. I gave you best answer :) Well you were the only answer.....

I have a similar problem. Even people in my contacts who are hotmail are receiving this delivery failure notification. Very inconvenient and costly. There are no blocked addresses from my account. Any advice out there?
