"Error-Printing" on HP psc 2175 printer.?

I am using an hp psc 2175 all in one printer and Windows 7. Everytime I try to print the job is stuck on the queue and says "printing" under the status at first and then it turns into "error-printing" after a few minutes. I've tried EVERYTHING..unplugging the printer, re-installing and updating the driver, reseting the spool, etc. including the hp troubleshooting page and I even went as far as to system restore my computer. That worked but after a few days, the printer went back to it's old "error-printing" ways. It won't even print a test page. What should I do?

If you have done everything with the things you mentioned above, then its time to see a hardware technician. I am sure they'll be up with some solution.

Run this Microsoft Application to clear the print queue.
It takes about 10 seconds

This will clear all pending or unwanted
documents that have already been printed
and needs to be removed.

It can also help resolve many printer problems

Select step 2 : Use a troubleshooter
Now click Fix it, then run

Go to ur situation shooter in preservation, it will have to exhibit ink stages in every cartridge, if considered one of them was once a main issue it will have a crimson x on it, sometime a portions of the plastic tare off still is on there, take out cartridge & investigate cross-check it. Good luck hope I help
