Why do you still see that files have been used by remote desktop even after you completely disable it?
After doing a CrapCleaner, I always see about 20,000kb have been used by remote desktop, even though a while back I completely disabled it. What program is still using it? Is it being hacked and used by outsiders?

I rarely hear anyone refer to ccleaner as crap cleaner, is this the program you refer too?

I also use ccleaner, and when I clean my computer, it never tells me how the files I'm deleting are accessed. Can you give more details on how you are told how the files are accessed, or the files that are being deleted.
Yes, even if you disable remote assistance, and remote desktop, if you have a program installed that will give that kind of access, then someone can still get in, but why would it only be one set of files that are accessed is my question.
