Its pretty old, and it is likely a modified "english racer" based on the wheel size IF the wheels are original and correct size for the bike.

Depending on the quality of the paint job you might be able to carefully scrape or sand away the paint to reveal the brand and/or model of the bike. Brand is usually on the down tube and model is sometimes on the top tube....Show more
