There's no single term in Tagalog for "in-laws" but if you'd be more specific:
Father/mother-in-law-> biyenan
Sister-in-law---> hipag
Brother-in-law--->bayaw
There's also a Tagalog term for spouses of siblings --> magbilas/bilas
