There's no single term in Tagalog for "in-laws" but if you'd be more specific:
Father/mother-in-law-> biyenan
Sister-in-law---> hipag
Brother-in-law--->bayaw
There's also a Tagalog term for spouses of siblings --> magbilas/bilas
Siguro ang pinakamalapit na translation, "mga kamag-anak ni mister/misis". I also agree with Patrick, sampid is improper and offending.

They called biyanan for mother/ father's in law. For sister & brother in-law called Manugang.
All in all or lahat siya ang tawag ay pakialamera, ususera, kontrabida, palamuning kabayo, chismosa. In summary , mga buwisit sa buhay.
The Sampid , hitad, saling pusa it is You ( ikaw iyon) .
So if you don't need them behind your back, marry white foreigner . Your in-laws will not intimidate you. But you will catch his whinging habit.

No, it is not sampid. It's like saying, "nakikisabit lang sa pamilya namin". It's quite offending.
Well, in your dialect, it is abot or aabot.
But generally, there is no direct translation for in-laws.
