My life is a series of unfortunate events that continue to get worse. I find myself at an all time low. i have been disabled for over two years . Yet I cannot receive disability benefits because of my age and education level. I had found the most wonderful woman I have ever known but lost her in january of 2012. I am broke and disgusted with my life. I am tired of living up too and down too every-ones expectations. I really feel that God is not pleased with me. I am a very spiritual person and i do my best to fullfil the duties and obligations of my faith. If i am doing all i can to be the best person I know to be, why is God allowing my life to fall apart so beautifly . Am I right in feeling that God does not like me.

Since you seem to be stuck for an answer, look at things from a different perspective.
f you would think that he doesn't exist, he can't hate you either. God has been invented by mankind to impose guilt upon them and give all their money and worldly efforts to the church or invest it in structures surrounding and benefiting the church. Of course that whole paradigm can't give you the answer to existential questions. Because it is set up to avoid you asking any questions!
In society we get this message that we have to be perfect and do everything perfectly. Life isn't like that. It throws **** at you and you have to deal with it. There is no blame or guilt or hate nor love involved. Look at nature and take lessons from that instead of finding a reason in a metaphysical explanation. As humans, we might think we're smart, but we can't put a reason to most things. If we could, we would be God.
And we don't know much, when it comes to existential questions. Read up on some philosophy instead. Find strength in reality and maybe you can find answers to your questions and what to do on this path life has taken you.
I think it might help you to find fulfillment and the sense of purpose in life if you try to make the best of it and know you did your best trying.
You are incorrect. God does like you. God's word in Jeremiah 29:11 says: For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
You close your own doors because you yourself said "I cannot receive...." You are being negative. Say Yes, I can receive. Live for God's expectation and not other people. You have to give an accounting to God and not to other people. Please God by seeking him and trusting his directions and instructions for your life.
