*Christians* What do you think started God?

They will say that God was, is, and always shall be. Yet when discussing Evolution/Creation, they will say that everything has a beginning and a creator.

They like to use "special pleading" for the case of God coming into existence, which is a logical fallacy. Skullhead's answer is a good example of this.

Special pleading, also known as stacking the deck, ignoring the counterevidence, slanting, and one-sided assessment, is a form of spurious argument where a position in a dispute introduces favourable details or excludes unfavourable details by alleging a need to apply additional considerations without proper criticism of these considerations. Essentially, this involves someone attempting to cite something as an exemption to a generally accepted rule, principle, etc. without justifying the exemption.

God had no beginning. No time no causality. God made time so He existed before it. God is eternal both past and future. No causality no cause effect. literally There was never a before in which a cause could happen to cause God. God by definition if being God jist is just was and just will be cuz He is forever outside time.

God was here before we were, the past angels tested him, he created the universe and gave us a chance to prove ourselves to him. What idiotic human would magically make up the whole bible? each story in the bible is a certain person.

Causality, like time and gravity , are constructs of this universe and have no bearing on the constructor.
