Up ALL Night: What/Who keeps you from getting a good nights sleep?

Last night, I was watching a segment on Suze's Orman's show, entitled: "What keeps you up at night" & became very intrigued with the viewers' comments!

Having said that, soooo... many people are sleep-deprived! Which brings me, like Suze Orman to this question, "Why are they sleep-deprived?"

Could it be one or two of the following: A newborn baby, credit card debt, personal debt, your health, the health of a loved-one, unemployment, a cheating spouse, sex-deprived, overdue bills, peri-menopause/menopause, mid-life crisis, unloved, unappreciated, teenagers, taking care of aging parent(s), alcoholism, drugs, your job, foot pain, etc.

Tell me your thoughts!

the horrific loss of my sister 4 months ago. I can't close my eyes without the thoughts of how horrible she died. she was ejected from the rear window of a Mitsubishi Lancer hitting a tree so hard that her body landed 25 feet away in pieces. the driver was uninjured and blew a .22

My job that I despise and not having the time to exercise like I once did.

Or the kids on the first floor of my apartment talking loudly/drunkenly on their porch.
