In my dream I died but m spirit was still around I remember that my spirit hugged my mum and was talking to her by writing stuff down and I was a cheerful spirit but towards the end of the dream I tried going back into my body. I'm reallllly scared please help me.

This could be a good sign. Dreams like this may mean that a part of you has died so that something else can be born. I'm not sure what it could be for the reason that I don't know you. Usually when you dream about yourself dying, it has something to do with rebirth.

I wouldn't worry about it too much, there is nothing to be scared of it is just a dream. I've had dreams like that before and I'm fine. There are probably some psychological meanings for it but they all come back to your daily thoughts that you may not even realize you thought of (like making connections between things in your subconscience) so there is nothing to worry about.

Its okay. Its only a dream. Someone told me dreams were memories of another life. lol Don't be afraid read a book watch tv to get your mind off of things. Take care

I personally don't think dreams mean anything. Your brain is never gonna stop functioning and it makes up anything for a dream. I honestly don't think there is anything to be worried about.

Do you have a strained relationship with your mother? Do you get ignored very often? Both of those could be causes for the dream, but not impending death.
