And do you need permission from anyone? I would love to go busking in town, I think it would amazing! LOL my mates think I'm crazy, but I love singing and it looks like so much fun!:D

Depending on the Country and State you live in - you will require a license which you get from your local Council. You will need to advise them on the place you intend to Busk at - the times you will be busking - and if you are under age you will be required to be accompanied by an Adult.

Age has nothing to do with it, except it's counted as baby Labour, which it very well could do if she's doing it for more than an hour or so. It also will depend on what she intends to do with the cash (EG: hold it, give it to charity). Contact whoever is in command of the area they want to busk in, and ask their opinion.

I don't think you need permission. People of any age can do it. Maybe a cop will tell you to go away, but that doesn't happen often.
