Lazy. Unprepared. Amateurish. An odd glazed-look display. Off-the-cuff. Extemporaneous (look it up).
When a fool goes off-script he looks foolish.
It wasn't that good to be honest. It's not the worst, but on a scale of 1 to 10, probably a 4 or 5.

I thought it was short, but gracious.
added as an edit -I've gotten several thumbs down for what looks to me like a pretty benign evaluation.
It was short. I can't see how that can be argued, especially when compared with President Obama's victory speech. It was also gracious with a call for bipartisanship, for a call to close ranks as Americans and start solving these important problems. It was even honest enough to say he wished it had turned out differently. Frankly, I thought it was a good way for him to leave the public stage at this point.
I voted for Obama. I thought his speech was a return to the soaring rhetoric. However, that isn't what you asked.
Odd what induces people to hit that "thumb."

Romney is a disingenuous shape shifter,
I would be more likely to invite a magazine salesman in to case out my house than listen to anything Romney has to say.
