She told me "Don't take it personal .. Please don't call me". I left her alone after two weeks, she text me to know how any doing and wants us to go out to for some drink. Am am kinda skeptical and confused....for GUYS what will you do and LADIES what's do you think. Genuine answers please. I kinda like this girl tho...

It sounds like she's gaming you but we always look for an impossible solution to these sorts of situations when an obvious solution is at hand. In this case the "impossible solution" you're seeking is to have one of us read her mind. That's impossible!
The obvious solution is to use two tools you do have: Your mouth and your ears. Simply be honest and confront her about the situation: "Hey, I kind of like you and I was disappointed you said you didn't want to have anything to do with me after our second date. And now you want to go out for drinks? So what has changed in the last two weeks?" See how simple that is? Communicate with your mouth, LISTEN with your ears.
There MAY be legitimate reasons for her actions. But I still suspect she's gaming you, or using you to make someone else jealous, perhaps.
Anyway, good luck figuring it out.
