How do I grow up and get a life and make friends and get a girlfriend?

I am a 19 year old guy and I still live at home, I don't have a vehicle, I don't have a job yet and I am still in High School. I only have one credit left and I am almost done with that credit because I only have to pass two exams and I will be done. I never had a girlfriend in my life, never had a date, never really had any experience with dating and girls. I try to be sociable but I don't know what I do wrong. I go to school and I get out around 11:00 AM, then I come home and just play on my laptop and chill at home until the next day. And about the dating thing, I wouldnt consider myself ugly but I wouldnt say I am hot, I would say I am about a 6 or a 7 from 1 to 10. Well yeah I don't hangout with anyone I just come home and keep to myself until the next day. And I am so tired of this lifestyle. I want to make a change. What do I do?

I use to be all messed up and then I changed. I started working out, eating good, got good friends, started playing sports and got into band. Maybe that's what you should do! Maybe you should start running after school, start a new hobby, start socializing with others. You just need to change..it's only hard if you're not driven. Just don't turn into an a hole, please. Get a job somewhere, go to places where you can meet people, and the girlfriend part will come later. Don't rush anything either, remember, control yourself. I have a tendency to not control myself and i hate that. That's something I have to work with. Everyone has things they don't like. Good luck, bud. (:

Study hard, join more social activities, try sports, get a hobby, and practice walking up to people, or atleast making a conversation with your regular store cashier, or whoever to try out your social experience so you might have little confidence and not be too nervous. Join more local activities, try to make friends, but don't be as desparate to make friends with just anyone, or date just ANY girl. And ignore egotistical, "popular" people, and sleazy womanizers who say you are a lonely freak.
