As a librarian at a middle school, I feel like I get a lot of time off. I get every official holiday off and a few that aren't official bank holidays. I get two days off for presidents day, a week off for spring break, and two weeks off in the winter. I have two months off in the summer and enjoy a few "staff development" days where my schedule includes a few hours at the school for a meeting and the rest of the day at home. Schools generally have 12 month employees, 10 month employees, and a few employees (school nurse, some food service etc) that work only 9 months out of the year. Teachers are generally 10 month employees, but they technically work longer hours if you count the grading they have to do. Many teachers take it home with them on the weekends, but if you can get it done during the appointed office hours given, you'll have the same amount of time off that I do.

Teachers, of course. They probably get the most time off of any career.
Dental Hygienists get pretty good time off as well.
I'm pretty sure that Flight crew on airplanes (flight attendants) get a decent amount of time off.

Of course, you could always go to work for McDonald's, eat ALL the old food and become morbidly obese, then you can just start collecting the disability checks >:-/
